Círculos de Sabor turns traditional women cooks into leaders of authentic culinary experiences, generating sustainable income while preserving Mexico’s living food heritage. For generations, these women have safeguarded the recipes, techniques, and stories that earned Mexican gastronomy its recognition as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity — yet rarely have they shared in the economic value that heritage creates. We professionalize Mexico’s cocineras tradicionales through hands-on workshops, one-on-one mentorship, and the design of immersive food tour experiences, equipping them with the business, hospitality, and storytelling skills to lead their own offerings.
